Are an ex-US President (Bush 41) and ex-UK Prime Minister (John Major)benefiting from outsourcing? I don't know.

Can someone follow the money on outsourcing? Methinks there may be a story here. (Then again, maybe not. I don't know.)

Could this give Kerry some ammunition on the outsourcing issue if there is a story here?
