8. It's all over Pennsylvania local news...

I've already seen three separate reports of it on Penn news broadcasts available on the web. Interesting that this happened to have in a state McCain declared is a "must-win", and shortly after he sent the words out to his supporters that anything goes. If this was staged, I expect it was to arouse sentiment locally and not to gain national attention.

I hate to be skeptical, particularly if this poor girl was, in fact, mugged. But this just stinks to high heaven. There's too much wrong with this picture. Mugging is a crime of opportunity. Muggers don't usually stick around to show people lessons after they've gotten what they were there for. And besides, how many left-handed dyslexic muggers do you think there are?

..which she did not, according to the police. She was "unfamiliar" with the area, but "drove to a friend's house nearby" and had her friend take her back to look for the ATM that had a "GREEN SIGN" above it. Now remember that she blogged she was "stubbornly looking for a BofA ATM", but she didn't know the name of the bank she stopped at, and had no idea where she was? Then how did she find her way back to her friend's house if she didn't know where she was??? If she isn't sure of the location, then the police will have a hard time finding the survellience video. Of course.. her BANK knows exactly where the money was withdrawn.. all she had to do was call BofA and they could look it up.
