Was Palin's $150K in clothing bought with public financing?

Anyone know what funds were used to pay for Palin's clothes? If it was with public financing, then the press coverage has been ignoring a crucial part of the story--Joe the Plumber's hard-earned dollars being used for her high-end shopping spree.
