I wonder how much organizations like Goodwill and the Salvation Army will suffer from the Palin
Effect -- people deciding *not* to donate their clothes for fear of having their non-designer duds rejected by those
ultra-fussy homeless people.

Nice going, Sarah. Please let us know when you donate your $150,000.00-worth of formally fitted fashion
to charity so we can send Joan Rivers to interview the people who live in cardboard boxes, this winter,
and critique their new wardrobes.

What a humanitarian you've turned out to be!
Who knew?

2. She'd have to pay back the RNC and pay taxes on the $150,000
As I understand it, she probably still has to pay the taxes even if she does give the clothes to charity.

4. It's too ridiculous for words, just something they said to cover their asses.
I don't believe for a seond she's giving up those duds.
Or the $5,000 worth of make-up!

3. If I knew the "goodwill store" where she's going to dump the clothes,
I'd buy them up, and then sell them on eBay ...

Remember the old phrase ... "fools and their money ..."

5. Yup yup. Nice that Todd Palin got $5,000 worth of duds, too. Seems he always
gets into the middle of things, doesn't he?
