3. I don't really like both tracking polls. But their trend is ok for now.

Hotline's party IDs are changing too often and Battleground's results bounce all over the place.
Rasmussen and Gallup numbers seem more consistent.

7. Rasmussen's numbers very rarely change, which I like...though I distrust some of their polls.

10. Both dems ands repubs are oversampled. Party ID numbers are Dems 37
Repubs 28 Independents 35.

11. Party ID numbers change with each survey, its not a constant.
That said, the numbers you listed which I think CNN shows seems about right to me.

Kos for example has it 35-26-30, with 9% refusing.
