She is as white as Elmer's Glue. McCain is toast.

3. YES!
Isn't she glorious. I'll never forget the night Clinton won against Dole. She said, "Stick a fork in him, he's done!". Even my Republican mother laughed. Good times.

7. She is my soulmate.
Bush and Rove will burn in hell for what they did to her.

5. I've only seen two McCain Stickers.
When Bush ran they were all over the place. I'm encouraged.

10. Yes!
Alabama is a state comprised of small towns. New Hope Alabama! If it weren't podcasts and DirectTv, I'd be up a creek too. But Alabama is also the state of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Hugo Black, Charles Barkley and Zelda Fitzgerald. We're very schizoid. If we'd only let that progressive streak loose---it's really there, if promise!

16. Haven't heard much about it lately,
but my Republican mother, rest her soul, swore she would vote for him if he ran. Bear in mind, my mother was very old school; meaning, she was a racist to the core. Go figure.

11. You're not in Huntsville, by any chance?
Rumors are that that's a hotbed of liberalism.

12. No. I'm in the center of the state.
Huntsville is up north. Compared to the rest of Alabama, Huntsville is more liberal. The education level there is higher (space industry) and the income is much higher. They have their eccentrics too though. Alabama is a state full of eccentrics. We're proud of 'em. Let 'em sit in the parlor when company comes.

13. Sorry, but Huntsville is about as conservative a place...
as you will ever find.

15. I guarantee you,
It's more liberal than the state that lies beneath it. That's not saying much, however.
