Alabama is a state comprised of small towns. New Hope Alabama! If it weren't podcasts and DirectTv, I'd be up a creek too. But Alabama is also the state of the Southern Poverty Law Center, Hugo Black, Charles Barkley and Zelda Fitzgerald. We're very schizoid. Huntsville is up north. Compared to the rest of Alabama, Huntsville is more liberal. The education level there is higher (space industry) and the income is much higher. They have their eccentrics too though. Alabama is a state full of eccentrics. We're proud of 'em. Let 'em sit in the parlor when company comes.
