Joan Walsh on Hardball: "If I had seen a line for $150,000 for tutoring,
"I'd have considered it money well spent." Joan and Tweety and Michelle Bernard were discussing the wardrobe-financing issue along with Palin's lack of understanding of real issues.

1. Tutoring for Sarah? She learned nothing from prepping for the VP debate.

Or an actress substitution, or a personality makeover....

A divorce from the First Dud, even.

5. I'm glad Tweety is pushing this point...
It's outrageous---that they would dress up this tart and use her as an ornament--when she
doesn't even understand the Constitution OR what a Vice President does.

It's so infuriating, because it's insulting to all of us.

What the hell is this campaign thinking---"Gee let's dress her up in a $5,000 suit, slather
sexy lip gloss on her and give her a stylish up-do---and maybe the minions won't notice
that she's doesn't know JACK SHIT!"

After all--when it comes to women--it's all about what they wear, how their hair looks and
what kind of mascara they're wearing right?

6. It's the ultimate insult to us and everyone who fought for us to have this
republic, from the founding fathers and mothers onward. Part of what I learned in government class is that all of us have an obligation to understand and participate in our government. By putting forward this, this, IGNORAMUS they don't just insult us, they endanger us and everything this country stands for.
