Just brought up on Hardball that Palin's redistribution of oil profits in Alaska is socialistic. Also said not only should Palin look at the Constitution but should look up "socialist" in the dictionary.

Is there any truth to what Harris said about Palin not being responsible for that? I'm pretty sure she is.
