Indiana decision: Judge OKs early voting
:bounce: :bounce:

October 22, 2008
Post-Tribune staff report

Early voting will continue at sites in Gary, Hammond and East Chicago, Lake Superior Court Judge Diane Kavadias Schneider ordered Wednesday.

The harm to union members and others who have argued in favor of the remote sites "outweighs the harm to the (Republican) plaintiffs," Schneider wrote in her ruling.

Schneider further ruled all early votes which have been cast so far are valid, except in instances where there is proof of vote fraud.

11. This time, they know Obama will go after them and expose them.
People are rotting in jail for this. Without the B* crime family cabal, they don't dare risk it.

Obama is really making the difference. He really is. He won't take their shit.

WooHoooo

10. Yesss!!! Two in one day!!!

This is supposed to be the GOP October surprise: Purge voter rolls and close early voting. Acorn, acorn, acorn.

I'm starting to think, with all this orchestrated lawyering going on, that the GOP planted people in Acorn to screw it up and make hay out of it.

Standard Rove tactic.

I think this really means they're out of tricks.

And, with CNN reproting on voting machines that switch votes, people will be on the lookout and more aware than in the past.

Yesss!!!!
