> Guaranteed 12% return on tax payer investments
> Voting rights & Board Membership for the Govt
> Written commitments that the tax payer provided capital will only be spent in making loans.


What are we getting

> No guarantees on investment ( pray that stock picks up over the price we pay)
> NO voting rights & Board Membership for the Govt
MOST IMPORTANTLY
> We dont have a say in how the money is spent - Citi is planning mergers/ acquisitions .. Another bank is planning to pay $5 Billion in bonuses



Has Obama really looked into the raw deal we all are being forced into ?
