because we can't ignore foreign policy matters even while we're busy with the economy. As you said, shows he's being presidential - has a large scope of vision and can handle multiple issues at the same time.

The contrast with McCain being shrill in Pennsylvania couldn't be better.

And it's nice to have someone acting proactive, for god's sake.
