by either the anchor of the show or the Dem surrogate they are paired with.

The last couple of days as I was watching news shows - it appears that when a Repug surrogate tries to defend McCain/Palin/Bush or any of their positions on the issues that either the anchor of the show or the Dem surrogates make fun of them and laugh at them.

I don't know if this is a conscious effort to belittle them or if it just comes out because these Repugs are having to defend the absurd - but I like it.

I think in these last 13 days before the election - anytime a Repug surrogate is on a show - rather than try and argue with them or shout them down - all the Dem surrogates should do is laugh at them.

Most of them are embarrassed already for having to talk up McCain/Palin/Bush - but to be laughed at - maybe they'll stop showing up.

How can one defend the undefendable?

1. The surrogates are getting more wild-eyed and crazed

as desperation settles in. It's hard not to laugh at the stuff that is coming out of their mouths right now.

2. YES. David Schuster on MSNBC just ridiculed the Pub surrogate

for his answers & at the end of the interview David said "Well you're really a loyal Pub supporter. I gotta give you that!"

4. I notice how everyone

from regular people to politicians to MSM seems to be standing up to these right-wing bullies. It is long overdue and very refreshing. Hope everyone keeps it up after the election.
