1. My question is: does Lee Greenwood have any other songs?

6. He actually just did a lovely rendition of the National Anthem.
I guess we can count that as one of "his" songs.

2. I thought he was dead
I really did until I saw him get up and sign the only song I think I've ever heard the guy sing. He's no where near as old as I thought he was either.

10. Lee has been helping them out for many years.
He's done the Hannity concerts at Six Flags and has been on his show too many times to count. His 15 seconds have long been up with that song imo.

12. He's always been a Republican
or at least a scumbag.

Remember how he couldn't wait to capatilize on 'that' song after 9/11. He had a concert tour planned practically before the dust settled.

17. As far as I know he has always been a repuke.
Before the 2004 election, my husband and I went to a concert in Silver Springs, FL. It was billed as a tribute concert to all veterans and active duty military. Of course, Greenwood sang his one and only song. Then they brought out Mel Martinez who pimped for geo W. Then Greenwood started pimping for the idiot. There were thousands of people in the audience and most were clapping and whooping. I looked a round and saw there were many like us who sat quietly with our hands in our lap. This could have turned into a brawl. We were so disgusted that we picked up our lawn chairs and departed. When I came home I wrote nasty e-mails to Greenwood, Martinez, and the mgt of Silver Springs telling them I paid good money to see and hear a concert, not a political rally. I have never gone back there and I wouldn't walk across the street to see Greenwood.
