Concerning Obama's imminent victory -- whither the Freepers and the Fraudsters?
So when Obama wins on Election Day (which he will) how will it go?

I can predict the Freepers right now, you heard it here first: it won't matter how Obama wins - in a squeaker or in a landslide -- it won't take long for the hard-core Freepers to blame ACORN.

They will have a psychic need to deny the fact that more Amiercans voted for Obama than for their candidate. They'll deny the vox populi -- they'll assert that, discounting Mickey Mouse and dead people, most people voted for McCain.

But how will the Fraudsters go? On that, I am not so sure. Four years ago, Bush led by about 3% in the (non-exit) polls before the vote, and he won by about 3%.

At this point, Obama is leading by at least 6% in the polls, and will win by at least as much as well. So a mere four years after some vast, nation-wide conservative conspiracy of techies (under the aegis of Deibold) manipulated the polls and then mainpulated the vote, and denied the will of the people, and stole it from Kerry (or so the fraudsters allege) -- how will they explain why it didn't happen this time??? Hmmm????

Maybe it really all was a figment of their fevered imaginations laboring under completely understandable psychic needs. Will they come to closure and admit it? Largely unclear.

2. Freepers are easy....

They'll be looking for Obama's "real" birth certificate for years to come.

Eventually it will morph into another Grail legend.

4. Yup. Like the people the Clintons had "killed".
My father-in-law STILL talks about that.

3. They'll never have closure
There will be no victory for them until they've squelched all opposing opinion and thought.

But I'll sure love to read their insane wailings and gnashing of teeth when Obama wins and their heads start to explode!!

6. That's what the Bradley Effect nonsense is for--to give cover if they need to steal the election.

7. People won't respond
if they think the fraud stuff is way over-blown because they will get told they are uninformed. Also DU has a bit of group-think (DU orthodoxy). If you go against it,
you get a bunch of BevBots all over your tail.

I have no doubt that there is GOP hanky-panky, but this business about paper ballots for every voter is ridiculous. It's not going to ever happen. It would take days to get the results and is even more prone to fraud than machine voting. It would be like going back to the horse and buggy days.
