i'd really like to find out where that is, i'm guessing somewhere "down south". looks to be sort of a creative people commune.

it looks like the rear/top units are sitting on steel shipping containers. weld the trailer frames to the containers, and weld supports from one container to the other and the whole structure would be quite strong. and cheap. it looks to be well built, it's not like the stairs are stacked up returnable beer cases.
