So, does Palin want to redefine the VP's role in the senate like Bush/Cheney has redefined role

of president as a unitary executive? Unitary Majority LEader? She would eliminate Reid's role as majority leader and decide what comes to the floor of the senate? I'm not understanding her explanation for what she thinks the VP does in the senate. Is this what she wants to do?
