10. It always is.
Which is why you should always just average the numbers like they have.

An average of the polls should give you an idea of who will win either state.

To compare, the average of Ohio & Florida in 2004 were:

Bush +0.6% in Florida.
Bush +2.1% in Ohio.

Pretty close to the actual results, eh?
