13. I wish it were outside too
The smaller venue meant they had very limited tickets available. I tried to get some yesterday but did not hear about this event until too late. I live about 3 miles from where this event is taking place. Disappointed I was unable to go, Ive decided to make the drive down to Miami and see him this evening.

6. There appears to be a kind of conference table there....
It's a kind of meeting of business leaders.

When you are Barack Obama, and you want to deliver a more serious address, you go INSIDE and put up flags behind you. This time we only have regular American flags and not those strange "Obamanation ones." :-)

DOAH!!!! Light bulb moment!

I just realized why McCain does all of his rallies inside ..... to protect his skin. Makes sense. I had seriously been wondering about that. I had been chalking it up to crowd size all this time.

I mean, I could certainly guess why... what with his Grandmother being ill. I certainly don't blame him.

I'm just saying. He's not out there with his regular vigor.

Oops, spelling edit...

28. just to clarify "Palm Beach"
This is from Palm Beach Community College in Lake Worth, just south of West Palm Beach.
Not to be confused with the town of Palm Beach, of gazillionaire fame.

34. Hasn't anyone noticed the irony that while Barack is hosting this panel....
..... talking to business leaders about things that even *I* dont quite understand. John McCain is STILL apologizing to Joe the Plumber for how "evil Barack has been to you?"

Seriously, John is talking about Joe the Plumber.

Still.

Amazing.

Why Obama's lead isn't even bigger than it is is mind-blowing, the choice is clear.

And many are not. Those who are voting McCain are voting for jingoism. Our choice is clear if we honestly weight our alternatives.

43. I have found a kindred spirit in Ted....
... I too would have chosen lemon meringue.

On the other hand, I found Sen. Obama's clear disdane for cream pies, "they didn't have sweet potato pie, all they had were cream pies!" to be rather troubling.

Fortunately, since I have not voted yet, there is still room for McCain to worm his way into my heart. :sarcasm:
