If defined properly, this issue should be a net win for Obama.

McCain ALSO wants to "spread the wealth" - his plan to tax health insurance benefits would be the largest MIDDLE CLASS tax increase in history.

Essentially he wants to take money out of the pockets of working people and give it to corporations and the super-rich, in the form of massive tax breaks.

This should be pointed out loudly and forcefully every time the Repugs raise the specter of "socialism"!

I can't believe this hasn't gotten more traction. Mr. "I'll cut
your taxes" wants to increase taxes on the MIDDLE CLASS (that group
he can't bring himself to even MENTION ... like we don't exist ... ).

Obama should remind voters that the wealth he wants to "spread
around" isn't that owned by those making less than $250K a year;
what he wants to do is blast away the logjam that's keeping all
the wealth concentrated at the top. Those making less than
$250K annually don't have to worry about their wealth being
"spread around" to anyone!!!!
