Obama: McCain's Tactics ‘Getting So Bad’ Even Palin's Denouncing Them

TAMPA, FLA -- Denouncing the "say anything, do anything" politics he says Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is using against him, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill, condemned the "ugly phone calls, misleading mail, misleading TV ads, careless outrageous comments" coming from the McCain-Palin campaign and the Republican party.

"It's getting so bad that even Sen. McCain's running mate denounced his tactics last night," Obama said to a crowd at Steinbrenner Field. "And you know, you really have to work hard to violate Governor Palin's standards on negative campaigning. You gotta work hard."

Obama was referring to comments Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin made last night when asked about the negative McCain-Palin Campaign/Republican National Committee robocalls being blasted throughout various battleground states.

Palin said, per ABC News' Imtiyaz Delawala, "If I called all the shots, and if I could wave a magic wand, I would be sitting at a kitchen table with more and more Americans, talking to them about our plan to get the economy back on track and winning the war and not having to rely on the old conventional ways of campaigning that includes those robocalls and includes spending so much money on the television ads that I think is kinda draining out there in terms of Americans' attention span. They get a bit irritated with just being inundated, and you're seeing a lot of that of course with the huge amounts of money that Barack Obama is able to spend on his ads and his robocalls also."

3. This Isn't The Only Time - Palin Is Throwing McCain Under The Bus...
Her proxy, Kristol, has already called on McCain to fire his entire staff. Its poetic justice that the right wing is now stabbing McCain in the back, and pushing Palin for 2012.

11. Obama DOESN'T have robocalls...stupid twit.
On the other hand...she still makes no sense in her interviews. Who ends statements with "also".

Obama was uber funny..."...you really have to work hard to violate Governor Palin's standards on negative campaigning."
