watching rerun of "meet the press" on msnbc...
what a mess brokaw is.

among the many gop talking points he raises is william ayers' book in which he said he "didn't bomb enough." i though an obama spokesperson cleared this up last week by saying ayers said he "didn't DO enough."

1. I'm glad Tom asked those questions. Many people believe Collin
more than they believe Barack or any of his surrogates. I'm glad Powell had the chance to sanswer him, and he did an excellent job of doing so too!

4. Me too.
Doesn't ever hurt to ask the devil's advocate questions.

6. Powell is one of a very few people who could smack down the
silliness of Ayers, the need for McNuts himself to call for an instant end to the horrible things being yelled out at his rallys, and the foolishness of selecting Palin. I can't think of another popular Republican who could say those things and not be catagorized as politically biased.

5. I think he was serving all of this up so Powell could bat it down..
I'm gobsmacked by the whole thing. Powell just torpedoed McCain's campaign.
