Obama, Please stop the negative ads !!
Job well done, your messages of McCain's weaknesses have probably worked.

Time to switch to some touching, kumbaya, heal red-state-blue-state stuff. (what my
wingnut mother-in-law made her at least consider voting for you.)

Close the deal - let everyone remember (before they enter the voting booth) why millions fell in love with you
in the first place - a promise for a bright and more hopeful tomorrow !!

4. I think so too, McCain has to essentially raise the white flag and pull his horrific ads & robocalls
...then Obama should pull out all the kumbaya stuff.

:D

the final week including the 30 minute ad buy we go back to uplifting messages across the board.

2. Here in No VA, Obama runs ads that are 75% positive, 25% negative
I have never seen a positive McBush ad.

8. Interesting. Guess where he's stong, he runs the positive and
the opposite where he's weak. I almost think it should be the other way around. There are a lot
of repukes who are sick of the division.

22. I love the one with the simple guitar tune
that ends on a happy, single note.

Do campaigns ever consider writing theme songs? Something acoustic with a little catchy, happy rhythm would be nice things for people to subconsciously associate with Obama. Kind of like the Oprah theme from '98.

7. Here in Iowa (near CR)
I'm mostly seeing positive ads. I very rarely see the one with the ball of string about McCain's health care plan.

What I'm seeing are great messages about what Obama will DO for people.

And since I'm home with a newborn, I watch a LOT of TV, daytime, late at night...I don't remember the last time I slept more than half an hour!

12. I hate folks saying Obama negative ads are similar to McHate's. We don't say
hey citizens, look out for the Serial Adulterer Born in Panama who was brainwashed by the enemy years ago and has never been the same since...

And yet TV reporters and talk show hosts say "ah well, both sides are guilty of running ugly negative ads..."

BUT NO, FOLKS, ACTUALLY NOT.

We attack McHate's POLICIES & PLANS.

We don't say Don't trust the Serial Adulterer Born in Panama.

27. This is exactly right
It can be useful to point out the differences in policies, and to point out that McCain does not differ from Bush in any substantial way.

This is not negative in the same way that McCain is negative. These ads are not attempting to demean McCain's character.

31. I hate that too.
Obama's negative ads stick to the issues.

McCain's negative ads are smears, innuendo, and lies.

HUGE difference.

23. What are you talking about
McCain has been registered as have 100 percent negative ada, Obama 30 percent. No nasty robo calls from Obama, where I live we have been besieged with McCain nasty robocalls, none from Obama. I don't know if your "mother-in-law" watches TV or what station she watches but believe me the massive negativity has come from the McCain camp and that's been verified by all news agencies plus an independent organization who tracks ads. If she doesn't want to vote for Obama that is her choice but the idea that Obama just lets them attack and attack with lies is ridiculous.

40. He should show
McCain eating cake with Bush during Katrina.

He should show McCain hugging the chimp.

He should show McCain singing Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran...

And these are just for starters.

I am sick of having my vote stolen.

It's happening again.

Show it all and let it sink in.

p.s.
I do not agree with you.
