Damn I was moved to tears when Powell talked about the mother of the Muslim US soldier at his grave
Damn that was moving. Powell's endorsement is poetry.

2. Me too...I have strong feelings about him but I felt that was very well put
and so what our country needed to hear. What I really love about this is that so many people were watching - because you knwo that the Repugs were as interested as anyone to hear what he did. He spoke directly to all of them and while I know I'm reaching, I only hope that someone, somewhere felt some tiny bit of shame for the way their party has conducted itself. I know it's a reach, but all I have is hope.
