The largest rally in US history and no mention of it on the MSM?
Meanwhile, CNN has Joe The Scab out on the stump calling Obama a "socialist" and it makes front page news on CNN. WTF?

Every day CNN and MSNBC get a little more like FOX.

4. It's clear whose side the commercial media is on.
They may have pundits that say Obama will win, but editorial decisions favor Mc/P.

6. I can think of several rallies that have been larger in US history.
Still, the blackout is disgusting.

26. I have the tv on a Missouri channel where news is on
and I forgot to watch it to see if there was coverage of it. This is a fox channel, but I can watch the regular Missouri CBS station at ten and see the news on there. That is if I don't have another senior moment and forget to listen to it, and read DU threads instead. ;)

I did just look up to see that SIU won their football game today.

30. I was editing the earlier post and reporting on the Missouri new station.
when I tried to repost it, it told me that my editing time had ran out and I lost it all. I will try to retell it.

I watched the news and the top political story was Jill Biden being in Cape Girardeau today. (the station is in Cape Girardeau) They spent quite a bit of time on Jill and with the Obama/Biden supporters that came out to hear her. They then went back to the anchor that said that Obama had been in St. Louis and 100,000 people turned out to see him and this was the largest crowd for a political rally, and then he was in Kansas City. No excitement in his voice. Just flat, matter of fact. Then he seemed to brightened up when he showed a little bit of mccain's speech and he said mccain was coming next week, giving the time and place for the rally. Next was something on cheney, but I don't know what it was because I was too busy gagging.

Okay, he then started talking about Joe the plumber, showing a bit of mccain's speech where he was talking about him, and gave a intro into a tape saying that Ohio's Joe's real name was Samuel and that this was the real Joe the Plumber. The tape cut to a man working on a toilet as he was interviewed. This Joe the plumber is a man here in Carbondale Illinois. They asked him about the attention he was getting because his name was Joe and he said that he was getting a lot of teasing because he was a real plumber and the other guy was not. He laughed and talked about how different he was than the fake Joe the plumber and said that he would never make 250k and sort of made light of Ohio's Joe. Oh, and the funniest part of the thing was that the real Joe the plumber was wearing a hard hat with a Plumber's union Obama/Biden sticker on it. I cracked up laughing.

When they went back to the area news anchor he was laughing also. I don't think he knew what was on the tape before they showed it. I think I saw a little egg sliding down his cheek also.

28. It's the largest in MO.
A Kerry rally in 2004 drew 120,000 people.

Still, the MSM is pathetic.
