2. I pay more under Barack Obama. That's okay. The country
needs it, and I can afford it.

8. You rock!
If I had enough money to pay more under Obama, I'd feel the exact same way.

21. Thank you--it's just fair.... I won't pay anymore than I did
under President Clinton, and I certainly get my fair share of services/benefits, etc from this country.

All I ask is that President Obama (oh please, please!!) not waste my money inordinately.....

6. A tax cut is the last thing I'll base a vote on. Anyone who does is an idiot.
First of all, even if I were still on the fence, I'd have to believe that either candidate is going to actually try to pass the plan they're campaigning with, much less actually GET it passed. I don't believe I will ever see a tax cut under either of them.

Second of all, Obama could promise to DOUBLE my taxes and I still wouldn't vote for McCain.

Don't spend that extra cash yet, folks. No tax cuts have been passed, and I seriously doubt any will be.

9. Whether you like it or not...
Many people WILL vote bases on that, and that is one more reason it's a great idea for him to put this on his site.

10. Jesus Christ.
What's next, voting based on a candidate's favorite fucking team?

"I like Obama, but I'm a Coyotes and Cardinals fan, so..."

I'm sure it's unconstitutional to require an aptitude test before voting, but I'm starting to think Amendment here.

18. o = $500, m = $316 but I do agree
I would vote Obama even if I did have to pay more taxes. I'm looking to get us out of the financial crapper and back on the right track and our taxes are part of doing just that.

But it's cute how he puts it right up front on his website.

24. For me
Obama saves me $500, McCain $0. Plus it said I may be eligible for $4000 tax credit for my tuition. Is that a new education credit, or the ones already in place? I am spending a fortune on college, working and running up loan debt, that would be an awesome break!
