So, What Should Tinklenberg Do With His Newly Found Fame And Money?
Edited on Fri Oct-17-08 10:50 PM by malik flavors
Should he spend it on ads? Ground game? Propaganda? Staff?

Should he make an ad out of the hardball interview and play it in every home in his district?

What should he do with what's about to be $100,000?

Do you think it will allow him to pull it off? Election day would be that much sweeter if Obama won and then Tinklenberg also came out victorious. I don't even know anything about him, but he's my new hero.

Tinklenberg 08!

3. He should spend a little on phone calls to Obama and Biden
asking for just a little shout out that will hit the local news.

4. The campaign director will know where the money needs to go. :)
$100,000 will buy you about 100,000 mailers, which gets you a pretty good coverage, depending on the district. Mailers are pretty quick to do, too. It could mean a pretty decent sized TV buy, too, since cable is pretty cheap. And, I trust the campaign will put aside a little for the victory party. :D

6. He will have enough for a good ad buy
With a little more than two weeks before the election (does MN have early voting?)he should contact the DNC (if they don't contact him first:)) to get contacts to talent that can whip up 1 or 2 great ads ASAP.

7. What would really be super is to get him invited to appear on
either Chris Mathews, Countdown or Rachel's show. I believe that would invite him if someone suggested it. That would seal the deal for him. We could email Chris, KO and Rachel.

8. If his campaign's smart he will get some free coverage
by pushing this story to the local media and maybe even to Hardball. Tweety would likely get some satisfaction out of how this backfired on her and would probably like to learn what Tinklenberg thinks of her.
