Were we this far ahead in 2006?
From what I remember, 2006 was still fairly close but we had a much more defined lead. If we're further ahead this time, it's even better!

5. hard to tell
we were ahead in many of the generic ballot tests. But that is pretty hard to transfer to individual races.
