Did Chuck Todd just expose election fraud?

He just mentioned on CNN that Charlie Crist has a "machine" in Florida. He then said that Jeb Bush still has a "machine" in Florida. He said that they can "over perform the polls" just like the did in 2004. This sounds like a fraud recipe to me!

In other words, they control who counts the votes and they are organized. Every party in power controls the counting. Depends on how organized they are whether they can "deliver" the vote.

The 3 are all elected and could potentially be of the same political party in a county. Totally ef up!!

Screw having the county court judge and chair of the board of county commissioners on the election board. Instead, the supervisor of elections should be the only elected official on the board. The other two should be an appointment by the Democratic Party and Republican Party.
