Email I woke up to this morning:
Edited on Fri Oct-17-08 06:41 AM by FLDem5
Background: My mother is a cashier at a grocery store here in Florida. Lots of racist/ignorant co-workers. She wears an Obama bracelet, and some customers notice in her check out line - so here it is.

Just a brief note!!

At least 4-5 people coming thru my line yesterday who were originally backing McCain said they are now Obama people, reason from men - Palin !!!! from women the way treated his wife after the Debate

LOVE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY

MOM

(On edit: here is the clip of McCain not helping his wife down the stairs)

1. In my opinion,John and Cindy McCain look like a couple
"going through the motions" of a happy marriage. They seem very awkward toward each other.I always think Cindy looks like a woman stuck in a miserable marriage.

I would think his comments about abortion rights would be the thing that pissed off most women. In any case good news we need as many votes as we can get in Florida.

5. The only thing I can think of is that when the candidates wives were
stepping onto the stage,he kind of turned his back to her and looked like he was facing Michelle to shake her hand.

4. "The Way he treated his wife?"
What did I miss? I left my debate watch party immediately after the candidates stopped talking.

6. Maybe this?
I thought it was just one of those unfortunate camera captures, but maybe there was more to it. I didn't notice the incident, either.

And, sort of like the candidate himself, even if the camera (or more often, the candidate) is lying, one can still have a chuckle at his expense.

10. Yeah, that picture is correct. After witnessing the deep hug
and affection of the Obamas, then McLame gave Cindy a peck. They are disgusting and IMHO Cincontin gets what she deserves!
