Here's what you do if you get robocalled

Apparently, McInsane is flooding the country with robocalls -- possibly illegal ones.

Here's how you respond . . .

Go to the Obama site -- preferably click on the DU link -- and make a donation to Obama. Even if it's only a dollar.

I just tossed him some money.

We've got to make this blow up in their faces.

Also, rather than posting more here, I go to the local paper, which lets you comment on stories, and I comment on every political or economic story with the fact I find here on DU. I don't get into extended arguments with people -- just a quick hit and run with fact, and maybe a link, if appropriate.

1. also stay on the line without talking and record the message if you can.

Obviously don't button press or anything but if you stay on the line it take resources away from the calling machines and they can't use your line to call someone less informed than you.

2. I suspect these idiots have been calling my cell phone, but I won't

answer a call from a # I don't recognize. I always check the # on the net to see who it was, and they were from call centers, or unknown byt from a State where I don't know anyone!
