...my brother called me this afternoon and asked if I had made the connection and I hadn't - figured the brilliant people at DU would and I'm glad you did. You guys never let me down.

4. I had office watch today.

I volunteer at our local Democratic HQ office and when I get in (I was running late) there were some business cards stuck in the door.

They were business cards for Fred's Plumbing. One of the cards had a note on the back: I'm Not Joe the plumber, but I'm Fred the Plumber for Obama.

There are some really good liberals around here in rural TN.

I had over 11 people come by and pick up signs in my short two hour watch - this is very good for this very rural working poor area. We are turning bluer and bluer.
