I have to continually marvel at Obama's cool.

I watched the debate last night, and once again, our candidate sat there, calm, cool, unflappable. Most of us would have reacted to McCain's childishness...the rolling of the eyes, the snorting, laughing at his own "jokes" and general nastiness...with wanting to go over and just slap McCain in the face. Not Obama. Just absolutely sure of himself, calm, cool, in absolute command of the facts. And I'll tell you...I'd sure as hell rather have those kinds of qualities in a President, sitting at a summit meeting, say, with the President of Russia or China, or perhaps meeting the parties involved in the Middle East...than some smirking asshole who can barely contain his own anger issues.

I'm extremely proud of our nominee.

And I'll go and donate to Obama/Biden right now.
