3. Now he will be proved to be a liar, or at the least, ill informed.
The best that can possibly be said of him is that he completely fails to understand the difference between gross receipts and INCOME to him.

5. Good Lord! He watches Cavuto! Low Information, or No information?
So this guy doesn't even own a business, but he wants to buy a business that is now a two man shop. We can assume he's the second guy, and he will be buying out the owner, probably on a note over 10-15 years, such note carried by the owner.

Since this guy's name doesn't show up as a plumber licensed in Ohio, that means he must have a licensed plumber associated with his business, and that's probably the guy selling him the business.

This guy will never make $250,000 in income, not even close, not even if he adds ten plumbers.

7. I never cease to be amazed at how many of those guys there are.
Edited on Thu Oct-16-08 05:35 AM by TexasObserver
I'm talking about guys who have never made over $40K in a year, never paid more than $4k a year in taxes, never really come close to supporting others, especially if we look at his government loans, grants, subsidies, etc.

I find that most such complainants have at their core a resentment of programs that benefit others, but not them. They're fine with getting government benefits and tax breaks. It is the other person whose benefits they resent.

8. An Excellent Read Of the Attitude, Sir
Everyone encounters harshness, toughness, in life, and people react to it in two different ways. One sort says, 'Damn, I wouldn't want anybody else to have to go through that if it could be helped!', and one sort says 'Fuck, I had it tough and I'll be damned if I'll see anybody have it any easier!' The first sort become Democrats; the second sort become Republicans.

in the group that benefits from Obama's tax plan. He is more worried about his hopes for the future being maybe being taxed someday than he is about being taxed now for certain? Puh-lease. He is being taxed more and more? Complain to Bush. Obama's health plan is just one step closer to Socialism? Did Joe protest the socialism of the American financial industry that just occurred, which Bush proposed and for which McCain voted? Puh-lease. This is called, "I am a Republican trying to make the Dem candidate look bad." As far as spreadig the wealth around, we have been told for years that it was okay to push it to the top of the economic ladder because, if we were really lucky, some might "trickle down" to us one fine day. Instead, the entire planet ended up on the verge of financial collapse and guess who had to save the people at the top--AGAIN.
