The DU IRC debate chat channel rocked yesterday |

a busy crowd and some good fun!
:toast: here's a shoutout to all of ya! ;-)
Many were in favor of having such a chat permanently. Don't know how that would best be done - we don't need a freeped IRC channel without mods for example...
What do you think? regards bmc

3. It was indeed good fun |

For a european like me it absolutely rocks. Sitting up all alone at 3:00 AM to watch this stuff kinda sucks. Except for the Obama winning part.
So having a crowd to share it with is fantastic.

Used to be a notorious irc:er 15 years ago, but didn't know it still existed.

The IRC chat is so much fun and it made watching The Crypt Keeper watchable. I agree we need a permanent chat. It is great speaking in real time to fellow DUers.
