interesting Polling maps
I know we like talking about margins, safe states, etc. I was bored and so I made 2 maps I find interesting.

Instead of looking at margins, I went to pollster.com and Realclearpolitics.com, and made maps of where the averages are above 50% for either candidate. The following are the maps that I got.

First Pollster

then RCP

2. Yup
Different polls/or ways of weighting the results.

Either way, the interesting thing to note is that Obama has enough states where he is over 50% to win, by either estimate. Thats not counting any states where he is ahead, but has less than 50%. I dunno, I just found it an interesting way of looking at the situation.
