1. Thats how I always saw it happening
I mean every racist person I've ever met was proud to be a racist. But I do hear a lot of people saying they wont vote for Barack but suspect that they might when no one is around.

2. That Could Easily Happen
Response variables are to be expected. But we are in uncharted territory and there's no telling which way it will swing.

3. this is exactly what my dad is doing. He's (God love him) a rapid rw'er and he is racist.
Well, my mom told me yesterday that he is voting for Obama, but he doesn't want anyone, including me, to know. Apparently, he was on an assignment somewhere and couldn't pick up rush on the radio, so all he could listen to was NPR. And what they were saying about the economy scared the crap out of him, & that was it-LOL! Older folks and those thinking about retirement have to be scared about all the money they have lost. There will be many others like this in Indiana for sure.

4. Yes. People from racist backgrounds, ashamed to admit they
will be voting for a black man.

Why isn't the media talking about this?

5. If Joe-6-Pack's friends / family knew he wanted to vote for Obama,
they would be throwin' full beer cans at his head. So, you're darn right he's be keepin' it a secret.
