Biden on Hardball...
talking about how McCain will regret it for the rest of his life if he brings up Ayers at debate. He believes McCain is honorable and won't sink to that level.

Check and mate. If he doesn't bring up Ayers, the base grills him and he looks like a hypocrite. If he does, Biden has already painted it as an act of disgrace. McCain's hate bait will be exposed either way.

10. yes
Haha, this is especially interesting since I even googled the phrase "I like the cut of his jib" to make sure it was actually a used phrase and not something I just thought of daydreaming. I guess I've got jobs on my mind.

8. Say It's So Joe!!!!!!
Joe Biden is the absolute best choice Obama could make for so many reasons and this is only one of them. Think about it for a minute. Since Barack announced Joe as his choice for VP, has there been anyone out there able to attack him on anything? A man of character for sure and just a regular "Joe". He is truly untouchable politically and the McSame camp knows it and it gives them fits.

2. Joe's been doing a terrific job on the trail and of course tonight on HB.
Joe really IS as close as a politician gets to understanding what it's like to be the "average Joe". He talks to everyone, not like your typical politician, but like your neighbor next door. It's not a puton and people know that.

3. It's win/win for Obama.
If he doesn't bring up Ayers Obama can push the point that he didn't confront him directly. And McCain's base will hate it.

If he brings him up, Obama will be prepared. He would not have said last week : "Say it to my Face!" if he hadn't the right response. And if his response is good, Obama will not only debunk the rumor with 60 million people watching, but also make McCain look bad for focusing on attacks again instead of the economy.

5. when does McCain ever
do anything that doesn't make him look like a hypocrite. The past month has been filled with missteps and out ant out fumbles. He "suspends" his campaign, but not really, he lets Sarah Yep Yep inflame crowds then ends up insulting the entire Arab community by telling a nut case that Obama isn't an Arab, he's a good decent family man.

Yeah, he'll bring up Ayers and Obama will have a zinger of a response.

6. McCain knows Obama would nail him on Ayers controversy
Viewers will realize that the whole Ayers accusations are phony either way, so McCain is skewered.
