Tweets asks Jon: Have you ever asked Kerry about Iraq? Why don't you?

Jon: Here's the thing: I'M A COMEDIAN!

3. Chris Matthews Is Paid By Makers Of B-2 Bomber Engines
He always defaults to the pro war party's position- He pretends to be anti-war- what a bunch of shit. He's a shill for Bush, and he trys to trick us by throwing us an occasional crumb

Tweety is pretty neutral in general and on our side for this issue and you guys still won't give him a break.

5. TWEETY IS VERY ANTI-LIBERAL.....
anytime he goes ona show where the host seems to be liberal (Donahue, Stewart, etc...) he gives the host a hard time....i remember when Donahue had a show on MSNBC and he was embarrasingand making fun of Donahue's use of his hands when he speaks....really weird!

11. Tweety is a multiple personality lunatic with a slim grip on reality
Edited on Fri Sep-03-04 11:29 PM by librechik
He'll perch on anybody's shoulder for a moment or two, before flitting off to the next bright shiny object.

Secretly, in his bedroom late at night he's a serious political analyst with years of insider experience, typing feverishly away on journalistic essays.

The two never talk to each other tho, sadly. That's why the chirping squawking TV Tweety bird is so ill informed--he "forgets" all that stuff his other self studies at night.

Weird

7. I Believe He Is A Liberal, But He Wants To Stay On The Good
Side of repubs, so he always takes a gratuitous shot at kerry just to prove to the wingnuts that he is fair and balanced- i think he's totally dishonest because of that- I know in his heart he's a dem- that's why I have such contempt for him, because he betrays his core beliefs so he can stay in good graces with the evildoing wingnuts

13. I will you tell you this....
Edited on Fri Sep-03-04 11:31 PM by dennis4868
Bush and his thugs have committed the most outrageous acts of treason and have committed the worst crimes that anyone could have imagine. The media for the most part ignores it or gives it a day or 2 of attention and then kills the story (the exact oppossite of Whitewater where so many people were killed)....so when we bring things up regarding Bush's crimes, lies, etc...we sound crazy.....for example, it is clear from the facts that Bush lied us into a war and when I tell some people this they think I am crazy....they will say, "Bush never could do that....I never heard that on TV." Or if I tell people that Bush lied to NYers that the air quality in NYC was fine immediately after 911 they think I am crazy and making that shit up and a conspiracy theorist. You see Bush is like no other politician....he can say and do whatever the fuck he wants because the media and congress will NEVER hold him accountable....the sky is the limit for him!

14. The Insidious Creep Of Facism Is What We're Seeing
And it makes me fearful- The anecdotal evidence that the media ignores about average people being harrassed for having anti Bush bumper stickers- There is a very repressive atmosphere in the red state I live in even tho there is an outside chance Bush could lose here. I haven't seen anything like this in my 56 years on the planet

17. There's nothing dishonest about giving the other side
To me, the news person is supposed to be impartial no matter how they really feel. Let the guests debate the issues and the hosts beat the truth out of them.

15. Bush does all those Horrible things and they might mention it.
On the other hand Tweety couldn't get over the fact that Heinz Kerry told the 'reporter' to shove it. I had to turn to CSPAN after watching him for a while. That was all he could talk about. :wtf:

it's alot worse than telling a senator to "go fuck yourself" It was inexcusable that Mrs. Heinz-Kerry got more bad press than Chaney for that.
