on Washington Week (PBS) and This Week (ABC) he repeated that the McCain campaign believes that Obama has run the negative name calling attack campaign and that no one has called him on it and that McCain is in a box - damned if you do and damned if you don't - by the media

he keeps repeating this as if it is a reasonable statement - it just shows how delusional the McCain campaign is about how they are running their campaign

maybe Mr. Balz needs to tell his friends at the McCain campaign to look at the tapes
