*****Official "Mike Fieni" Appreciation Thread****

We all have our local heroes that are doing yeoman's work on the campaign. This guy is mine. (And my parents', and my friends', and my neighbors', and a whole host of Warren, MI folks.)

Mike is our area leader, 26 years old, from New York, and has come in and put such a hugh (intentional) fire on the 696 crowd that, not only does he make data entry seem exciting, anytime I can circle CD or Party on our canvassing forms in our favor, I get a chill up my spine just to report it to him. He is in charge of the 12 mile/Van Dyke crew and he is tireless, inspiring, kind, warm, smart, and so committed that it makes my head spin.

Even though he is 6 years my junior, I want to be him when I grow up. Mike, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

We all have our Mike Fieni. They deserve so much thanks that, truly, I can't put it into words. To ALL of them, THANK YOU! And, to all of them, we will make your proud on November 5th!

Could Clinton Township be next?!? Really?!?

Mike has 3 dozen of us going East tomorrow to canvass. Our Eastern limit is Gratiot and 13 mile and he has asked us to keep working until we get there.

The St. Clair Shores folks are pushing West toward the same road and we might meet at Gratiot and 13 mile.

To non-Detroiters, this might seem silly but when we Obama supporters meet up in Detroit and agree to push North, forget about it.
