What's More Important?--Winning or the Fight??
First instinct seems to be "winning", of course. But I think there is much more at stake here this time. 'We the people' are losing this country and for 3 years the Dems remained silent or outright "supported our president". Someone has to tell the American people what Bush did to them and what he plans to do. They are living it every day BUT they don't know---honest to God, they don't (not the really ugly things of what these criminals are about). We might lose doing it. Maybe we will win doing it. But to pass into history never telling them is morally wrong and an assault on our vanishing democracy. Wonder if we can live with that???

1. Seems to me we need to win this one,
or there will be no winning later. The good people of Germany had to be rescued from the outside.

2. The "unpurged" Dixiecratic element is leftover rubbish...
from the 60's. And not just southerners. This is the rebirth of the 60's movement. The fight is the most important thing, as it was for those that lost their lives during that time, (John, Robert,Martin, and Malcolm). So, I don't care if the Bush child wins. I'm ready to fight. And, as a black person, I am disgusted by one of our leaders, Randall Robinson's new book, "Quitting America", which talks about how he's leaving,( and has so already). Not everyone from my world has that option. But he's convinced a large segment of the black folks that have money to leave here. I will stay and fight.

3. Winning within the law is all that matters at this point!
Sorry, but there are too many lives at stake for anything but winning to be important.

I do agree that we should try to weaken and undermine Bush during the campaign so that even if we do lose, he is weakened.

Gore should have tried to weaken Bush during the recount, but he decided to take the "high road" instead. No more high road bullshit.
