How about a 527 ad addressing John McCain and his racist views?

The ad can talk about his not voting for the MLK holiday.

His support for Barry Goldwater.

His refusal to look Barack Obama in his face.

His use of the words "That One!" to refer to Barack.

His not addressing his supporters when they call Barack a "terrorist", "traitor", or "Muslim".

I understand that Barack is in the lead, but I believe it is just as important for McCain to address his motives of why he feel the way he does about black people. Like I said in my subject line, I am sure not a lot of people will like this idea, but as a black man, I am tired of hearing McCain/Palin disrespect Obama and you hardly hear a whisper about it. Yet, they have carte blanche to destroy Obama's creditability!

1. In theory,
it is a good option. Had McCain & Co started earlier, or not had their attempts fail miserably, it would be the appropriate tactic. However, because of the current poll numbers, I do not think it is necessary. McCain has done no damage to Obama, but has instead discredited himself.

5. I get your point!
I guess I am speaking more from emotion than anything else.

2. People want a true healer now not a flame thrower

Every time they throw hate Obama gains.

6. Snopes has not determined whether it's true
This was part of an email going around supposedly written by someone who vacationed at the same resort with McCain and his wife. I thought it was true, but decided to check Snopes.com just to make sure. They say the status of the story at this point is "undetermined"
