Poll question: If you have to play dirty, and you have to cheat to win
do you actually care about the game? Republicans play dirty in every election. And they consistently cheat their asses off in virtually every election, at every level of government. Their message doesn't inspire thinking/feeling people, so they lie, cheat, steal, kick, scratch, and claw their way to "victory."

So do they actually care about America? Or is the power the only thing?

1. When you play to win, you play to win.
You don't refer to Marquis of Queensbury in a street fight.

2. Politics isn't a "street fight"
Or at least its not supposed to be...its supposed to be about America. Its supposed to be about our best and our brightest, our hopes, and our plans for the future....not this violence stoking bullshit.

3. They're sociopaths ... They have this idealized vision of "America"
but through the ways they "win" (cheating, lying, dividing
in order to conquer, etc.), they show their lack of belief
in the very system they SAY they revere. They don't really
want DEMOCRACY (where the guy who has the most votes wins
by playing by the rules) -- they want a PLUTOCRACY but they
want to PRETEND that we have this "shining city on a hill"
where everyone can achieve their potential ... They're
incapable of acknowledging their duality, though -- hence
their feeling that they're the party of "family values"
and "morality."
