Here's a thought. I recommend that groups of us attend Palin/McCain hate rallies (if we can get in) and start a "Sa-rah! Sa-rah!" (or "U-S-A! U-S-A!") chant while repeatedly making the arm-up "Sieg Heil" gesture. Maybe the rest of the crowd will join in!
