McCain Campaign Co-Chair: "Obama a Man of the Street"

Article on HuffPo (I don't know how to link, sorry) about the McCain Campaign Co-Chair "advising" Obama on what he should say - that Obama should just come out and say, look, I'm a man of the street, I used to do drugs, etc. DISGUSTING and SHAMEFUL. This is ugly, ugly, ugly and history will not look kindly upon the Republicans in this time, for this, and countless other reasons. We're out of dog whistle territory here people, they won't stop til they call him a n*****.

So what am I going to do in response? Redouble my phonebanking efforts right now. Canvass this weekend. And give. My. All. Til Nov. 4th.

Edited on Thu Oct-09-08 07:20 PM by The Shadow
I don't give a fuck if they do the impossible and actually introduce a viable candidate again in my lifetime, I will never, ever, ever vote republican after what they have done to this country, including that son-of-a-bitch reagan. Two stolen elections, 911, Katrina, Financial crisis and countless other fucking things.
