This is the real reason why Democrats will win this November.
For the first time in a generation, the people want government to do something. You notice there's no longer any talk about wanting one party to run the congress while the other holds the white house. People are scared, but not in the way mcBoo! wants them to be. They're afraid for their survival in a real and tangible level. They're afraid that the college fund, the retirement fund, the pension fund are all getting wiped out before their eyes and they blame the guy who's party holds the presidency. Trying to scare someone over a college kid who might have set off a homemade bomb 40 years ago just can't compete, neither can telling people their marriage will be destroyed by "the gays".

No one gives a damn, now, if two guys want to live their lives together - they want their money back, and they blame the repubs for letting the banks steal it from them. There's a crowd of villagers with pitchforks in hand demanding that these thieves be held accountable and every one is going to pull the lever for a Democrat this election because they know that if anyone in office is going to help them, it's the Dems.

Who knew this would be the one time the public got it right?
