What is this QWEST commercial about building an network for the Republican Convention?

Can it be considered an in-kind contributiont to the Republican Party? Of all the networks QWEST has built, only the one built for the R Convention can be given as a representation of its work to "small businesses?" Anyone else seen this thing? Everytime it is aired, it stinks to high heaven.

I told my wife last night that if Qwest is going to market doing business with the rethuglicans, then I will not knowingly send any business their way. What a weird marketing approach when, to me, they are alienating (at least they did with me) close to 50% of the populace from the get-go.

The company then went on and did plenty of federal business with the Bush-Cheney Administration.
