Sarah McLachlan supports Obama, rouses Freeper hate mob

The Boston Herald website ran a short interview puff piece with Sarah McLachlan in which she expresses her enthusiasm for Obama:

I noticed there was a "Comments" section for the post, full of racist GOP bile:

Hey Sarah - Don\'t worry! I\'m sure ACORN has already registered you at least 72 times! Go vote in any swing state...you\'ll be welcomed, along with dead people, dogs, and felons, to vote as many times as you want!!!!! How cool is that????????

Then I noticed that the article had been linked to on Free Republic. I'm guessing most if not all of the garbage on there came from Freepers, who posted gems like this regarding McLachlan on their site:

Grab yo knee pads, beotch, catch up with the Obozo Socialist Express, and see if the Messiah deems your “good works” make you worthy enuf to service him.

Sigh... If someone who came across this didn't know about Freeping, they would think that normal people browsing the Boston Herald website were actually this stupid.
