IMO, McInsane has Post Trumatic Stressssss Syndrome regarding "My Fellow Prisoners" Comment.

2. Merely an overused neural net. He's done his POW speech too many times
Now the words "my fellow" and "prisoners" share tags as strong as "my fellow" and "citizens"

Personally, I think there is a very quaint Maverick-y quality to the phrase my fellow prisoners when talking about citizens trapped inside BushWord ver.2.0
