Just to give Obama a second opportunity to kick her ass back to Podunk, Alaska.

2. LOL Either that or her vs. Hillary in '16. Woman to woman. :P

Hillary would wipe the floor with her and I'd actually PAY to see the debates! :D

With any luck, though, she'll either dissapear back to Alaska or do a Huckabee and do the Fox News TV junket, LOL. ANYWHERE but 1600 Pennsylvania Ave...

4. you do know she will have 4 years to learn all the names,
get the experiences she lacks, make the contacts.

The base loves her. She has a great start for 2012. Think what a strong campaign could do for her - like under the direction of KKKarl Rove.

9. Me too, she'd still be a disaster in 2012
What has she got besides smear tactics and rehearsed talking points? I hope she runs, it would be fun to watch her lose another election.

10. She won't even come close to getting the nomination.
She would get the Huckabee voters at best. If (and I probably should say when) John McCain loses, I believe the Republican party will do one of 2 things:

1. Realize it needs to rebrand itself and fast... start building up new party "superstars" who are more moderate, probably fiscal conservatives who are more socially to the center or even the left. Basically, if the Republican party wants to move ahead with the 21st century, they need to look at guys like Governor Ahnold or even guys like Rudy (who I can't stand, but I'm just saying). Now of course they can't run Arnold and Rudy is damaged goods, but they need to build up more potential candidates that are in that "just right of center" vein AND build up a strong base of current independents that lean that same way.

2. Continue dying a slow death for the next 4 years and hope that the economy still appears to have problems, and if so, run Mitt Romney.

If they take the first strategy, they may have a good chance of putting up a fight in 2012, if they take the second strategy, I don't think its going to get them anywhere. I trust that a president Obama would be able to make enough economical progress that it would at least seem like an economic healing is in sight... if thats the case, the whole Romney prospect wouldn't be as effective.
